What does membership cost?

Membership costs €215 per year, with every service included: unlimited legal advice, invoice collection, document checks and the member portal. No entry fee and no small print. The amount is also fully tax-deductible as a business expense, which brings it to net less than €18 per month.

What is included in my membership?

Four services under one membership: unlimited legal advice on contracts, your rights and regulations; invoice collection for late payers, with the registered letters and the amicable bailiff notice included for an unlimited number of files; document checks on your contracts before you sign; and the online member portal My V-NS.

Do I need to speak Dutch to become a member?

No. V-NS is based in Flanders and much of our material is in Dutch, but you can reach us in English and we help many entrepreneurs who are building a business in Belgium from abroad. If you are just starting out, read our guide for foreigners becoming self-employed in Belgium.

Can I cancel my membership?

Your membership runs for one year at a time and then renews automatically, so your protection never simply lapses. If you do not wish to renew, you send us your cancellation at least 3 months before the renewal date, easily and free of charge through your member area on My V-NS.
