A discount on your copyright licence.
As a business, you are legally required to hold a licence for the reuse of protected texts and images - digital and on paper (art. XI.165 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). bizili by Reprobel arranges this for you in a convenient package, so you can copy and share with respect for copyright, worry-free.
Thanks to the renewed sector agreement between V-NS and Reprobel, our members again enjoy an attractive discount on the bizili licence. Your payment is also tax-deductible as a business expense.

In early 2026 Reprobel sends you a request for your yearly declaration by email or letter.

On the online declaration portal, choose the "bizili by Reprobel" option (not the more limited reprography declaration).

Fill in the V-NS code. The sector discount is applied directly to your bizili invoice.

Reprobel is the central collective management organisation for the copyrights of Belgian authors and publishers. After deducting its limited operating costs, the fees collected go entirely to authors and publishers - so it is not a tax or a levy.
