Membership costs €215 per year, with all services included. No entry fee, no small print and cancellable each year - so you are never tied to a long commitment. For that amount you get unlimited access to legal advice, invoice collection, document checks and the member portal. The fee is also fully tax-deductible as a business expense, bringing it to net less than €18 per month. See the full overview on the sign-up page.

Yes. We are not tied to any political party or trade union and follow no external agenda. Precisely because we are independent, we can assess proposals and measures strictly but fairly against the value you get from them as an entrepreneur. Every decision starts from one question: what is best for you? Read why we are truly neutral.

V-NS provides legal advice - not legal representation. The difference:

• Legal advice (what we do) = we inform you. We answer your questions, explain your rights and the regulations and check your documents - so you decide with full knowledge.
• Legal representation (what we do not do) = someone who acts on your behalf in a dispute or represents you before a court. For that you engage a lawyer.

In short: we help you make the right decision; we do not run proceedings for you.

Have a client who will not pay? You hand us the invoice and we take over the full amicable collection, in three steps:

• Reminder and formal notice - legally correct, by registered letter, with the legal deadlines.
• Amicable collection - we follow up and negotiate a solution without going to court.
• Amicable bailiff notice - if that does not work, we bring in a bailiff for an official notice, still outside court proceedings.

The registered letters and the amicable bailiff notice are fully on us - included in your membership, for an unlimited number of files, at no extra cost to you.

Absolutely. A signature is quickly given, but the consequences can run for years. As a member you have your contracts, quotes and general terms reviewed by our experts before you sign, so you avoid costly surprises later. Read more at document checks.

Yes. Membership runs for one year at a time and then renews automatically, so your protection never simply lapses. If you do not wish to renew, you send your cancellation at least 3 months before the renewal date, easily and free of charge through My V-NS. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
